Crabtree

Crabtree is a McSweeney’s McMullens’ children’s book for all ages written and illustrated by Tucker and Jon Nichols. It has been translated into four different languages and has earned much praise for its quirky fun story of Alfred Crabtree, who has to go through all of his things in order to find his lost false teeth.

The challenge was to create unique color fills for the line art provided to us by the Nichols brothers to create a pleasing layout that made sense.
